Note: Samples must be lyophilized in the freeze dryer for more than XX hours, otherwise the fibers in the wood are not easy to grind and crush, and the grease in the xylem is easy to adhere to the wall of the grinding tank and the grinding beads, and it is not easy to clean up and recycle the samples.
