Preparation of Coal Samples with Special Particle Size by Ultra Centrifugal Grinder

Based on the strict requirement of bituminous coal cohesion index and Austrian expansion for coal sample size determination, the grinding preparation of coal samples with different particle size was realized by adjusting the speed of ultracentrifugal grinder.



The results show that the grain size can be controlled by choosing reasonable rotational speed, that is, when the rotational speed of the ultracentrifugal grinder is greater than 6000 rpm, the grinded coal samples can pass the 0.2 mm standard sieve; the distribution of the grain size of the coal samples can meet the requirements of the national standard through sieving inspection, which can ensure the integrity and representativeness of the samples.
